YOUTH Strength and Agility Summer Camp w/ Coach Jacob
Fitness Inspiration Inc. Youth Strength and Agility camp is focused around teaching young athletes the proper skills and techniques needed to excel in any sport they choose.
With every sport there are opportunities for athletes to showcase their own strength and agility and make an impact on the game when the ball is not in their hands. At this camp, our mission is to help all who attend develop their skills pertaining to strength, agility, acceleration, and reaction time. This camp is NOT centered around one specific sport but rather the basic fundamentals and skills needed to excel in all sports.
On the first day of camp, a skills competition will be held and each athlete’s scores will be recorded. Throughout the week we will go back over each skill and various others, teaching basic fundamentals that will help improve their score. On the last day of camp we will hold the skills competition again and watch as the athletes blow past previous scores and record new ones.
• For all youth ages 5-9
• From the most experienced athlete to the beginner
• Positive attitude
• Desire to work hard, learn, and get better
• $120 for the week· Drop In Rate: $50 a day
• June 23-26
• July 7-10
• July 21-24
• All days are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
What to bring:
• Plenty of water!!!
• Inhaler (if needed)
