Welcome to Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc. Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc. is owned and directed by Becca Marino (or Coach B). Coach B is a certified personal trainer, lifestyle coach, motivational speaker, mentor, and B.S. graduate of George Mason University's Exercise Science program. She was recently selected to be one of the 2013 Four Women Pearl Award honorees, along with Lori Spicer Robertson, Founder of Brown Girl Dreams, Tamara Prince-Parish, Founder of Bridging Souls Dance Company, and Dora Brown-Harris, Center Director of Girls Inc. The award recognizes four Mid-South women
who have made a positive impact on the Arts, Community Activism, Education, and Business. Becca was awarded the Gold Pearl Award for Business/Entrepreneurship. She was also recently voted Favorite Personal Trainer, and her BEST! Me Boot Camp Boot Camp Program was voted Best Natural Body-Care program by Memphis' Natural Awakenings Magazine. Becca not only has the gift of changing people’s sizes, but also their lives. With only 7 years on the fitness scene, Marino has gained attention for her energetic, intense, engaging and empowering approach to health, fitness and wellness. Coach B talks with Family Fun Spots Magazine's Tran Bui... The owner of Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc. knows first hand what it’s like to struggle with health and weight issues. She suffered from an eating disorder for 13 years before checking herself into a clinic. She went on to get a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from George Mason University and a certified personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Today she is inspiring countless men and women across the Mid-South to get fit and stay fit and is known for having a philosophy of fitness from the inside out. Coach B explains what exactly what her inside out approach means. We emphasize cultivating a mindset and attitude that focuses on: •How you feel; your energy, your attitude, your body •What you know; what YOUR body needs to be healthy and achieve your goals •Gaining clarity and having focus by defining your personal health/fitness/wellness vision •Recognizing where you are right now and then defining steps and goals to help you get to where you want to be •Defining your results and successes by your actions, behaviors and consistency to making healthy choices not by external measures and/or changes such as the scale, clothes size, muscle definition •Recognizing that everyBODY is going to respond differently.
