Lifestyle Nutrition – understanding the right nutrition composition for you. The non diet approach to balanced living.
Medical Nutrition Therapy – individualized nutrition counseling that supports other medical treatments for conditions such as: increased blood pressure, increased cholesterol, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, celiac, reflux, food allergies, among others.
Eating disorders/Disordered Eating – specialized evaluation, counseling, education, and planning designed to help you develop nourishing and mindful eating. Work closely with your dietitian to establish an approach that meets your specific needs. RD is able to work with other therapists and outside medical staff as needed.
Wellness Nutrition – designed to prevent disease, discuss vitamin and mineral intake and general daily nutrition. Develop and provide creative recipes. Review and discuss additional supplements used.
Pregnancy Nutrition – designed to assess and educate on prenatal nutrition. Individualized plans to keep mom and baby healthy and active during pregnancy. May discuss hydration, morning sickness/nausea, vitamin/mineral needs, and increased macro nutrient needs.
