BEST! Me Boot Camp

This dynamic, motivational, high-energy 60 minute class is a can't miss program - a combination of metabolic conditioning, resistance training, aerobic exercise and muscle TLC! Our BEST! Me Boot Camp program is customized to meet the needs of attendees. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising within your healthy limits, having fun, T.E.A.M.work, and completing the challenge. Each class finishes with gentle stretching exercises followed by an inspirational quote or story to incorporate the complete mind/body experience. You will be energized all day! At BEST! Me Boot Camp you will be inspired and have fun while participating in fantastic workouts led by Certified Fitness Trainer Becca Marino and her top-notch coaching staff. Camp is offered several days per week and is an AWESOME 60 minutes of high-energy, calorie-crushing fitness fun! Classes are held both indoors and out depending on the weather and time of year. Our new facility is located right across from the beautiful Shelby Farms Park. 

Coach Becca will educate and inspire you towards making positive and permanent lifestyle changes during the week. Coach Becca and her team will give you immediate feedback on any questions you have during the program, and help track your progress and ensure you see the most dramatic results in a fun and supportive environment.
