The 10-Day TRX & Cardio Fitness Challenge is 10 straight days of high-energy, calorie crushing, ab blasting, back strengthening, fat burning workouts!! Each day Coach B leads participants through scientifically-based training workouts, designed using the latest and greatest research proven to produce positive RESULTS. 10 Day participants choose two workouts each day, one 30-minute Cardio Blast session and one 60 minute TRX Strength session for a grand totaling 90-minutes of fitness awesomeness!! Combining these two training sessions for 10 days maximizes effectiveness and offers high-impact fitness with visible results. BOOM. BAM. POW.
